Instructions for Use

For tension headache relief, place the eye mask (inside 
a plastic bag) in the freezer for at least 30 minutes to
enjoy the cool scent of lavender 
against your eyes, forehead and temples.

For muscle pain relief, place the pillow in the 
microwave for approximately 30 seconds and rest it
on the desired area. It is also great for menstrual cramps.
